MFC & MF Series

The MFC and MF series of  Front End Tipping Gears are a separate cylinder and oil tank designed system for rigid vehicles from 7.5 to 36 tonnes G.V.W.

This European style system has been adapted and redesigned for the UK rigid vehicle tipper industry, offering operators a high pressure system that has a fast tipping cycle, but is safe, strong and reliable.

With its innovative design, bespoke bracketry and accessories, installation is also simple and has the benefit of having a return line filter and hydraulic valve both of which are located on the top of the oil tank for easy access.

For tipping trailers operating at 44 tonnes, Binotto offers a wide range of cylinders to suit every application in the UK tipper trailer market. With the MFC trunnion mounted, MF lower trunnion and top eye mounted version cylinders having a maximum stroke capacity of 7800mm.

All of the MFC and MF series Front End Tipping Cylinders are manufactured from premium grade steel, using one piece tubing with integrated stop rings and high performance seals to optimise product quality.

This unique design is strong, stable and safe, increases the working life of the system and has a minimal whole life cost.
